After the infamous Russian tunnel video, Dubai's very own Rashidiya tunnel is getting YouTubed for all the wrong reasons.

There is something very wrong with this tunnel
There is a river running over it, and water leaks at some points. When the temperature reaches -38 degrees, like it did this winter, the road freezes and the result is the attached video taken during a single day.

Thats the same Russian tunnel video specified in this post, I think.
The results are quite sad, but the initiative is very refreshing. I wonder who produced these tapes? Dubai Police?
That's why when I drive in Dubai I usually drive defensively, even if that means spending more time looking in the rear-view mirror than looking where I am going.
Actually people who drive defensively following the rules always gets abused besides the non-stop honking. Quite sad.
